My account was blocked for 24 hours by the Yandex team on false allegations, is this normal?

My account was blocked for 24 hours by the Yandex team on false allegations, for sending spam, when as a forensic data analyst, I was trying to investigate spam, is this normal?

How would these so-called professionals possibly know that it was spam, after only two messages to my own Gmail, and Outlook accounts?

Is a personal criterion for employment at Yandex Support services, a qualification in clairvoyance?

This might have been an emergency, I am in a litigation battle with the United Kingdom over the abduction of my child. What are they doing at Yandex, do they want to compete globally with the US Tech giants, or is this mickey mouse behaviour going to be consistent?

You will not get response from support here. You better to send complaint directly to Yandex team from the page https://yandex.com/support/mail/web/letter/create/troubleshooting.html

I saw similar complaints on some other sites from people of non CIS countries. Probably Yandex uses aggressive rules of spam detection in the countries like yours. I hope you will be able to completely unblock the usage of your account sending message from the link above

Thank you for your reply, the problem was already sorted out with the brilliant yandex support team. Apparently it had something to do with their algorithms. But all is now fine. In fact their service was par excellance. 


That said, would you like me to delete that post, now that this issue has been resolved? I am quite willing too. I do love your product/service and would very much like to continue using it, mostly as a means to destroy the reputation of the english and welsh imperialists who have abducted and brainwashed my daughter.


Sorry this is in the ghastly english language, and not in Russian, but I am still learning Russian. 


Will that suffice?

First of all I want to tell that I'm the user of yandex mail like you. I'm not from yandex team.

About deletion of your post: first of all you will not be able to do that :) I've created multiple posts here and as I know you cannot delete the post nor your comments. I think it was good idea to create this forum but unfortunately for some reason yandex do not review it anymore and do not add new features into it. That is why I suggested you to write them directly.

Another thought: because finally your problem was solved and seems you are satisfied I think your post could be helpful for people from other countries and maybe it is good that you cannot delete it :)

I have a question for you: is your facebook ends with christopher.j.steyn? I'm doing service which works like email tracking software. It could be integrated into yandex mail similar as mailtrack for gmail. The site is http://trekspeks.ru/. So I'm thinking if potential customers for my service could be outside of Russia. So if you don't mind I will write you in facebook and ask how actually you found yandex mail. This could help me to promote my service to foreign people.
